Financial Contributions

You’ll be auto-enrolled in our company pension scheme, NEST. We’ll contribute 3% of your salary, and you contribute 5%, but you have the option to add in more than 5% if you prefer. Our pension scheme is completely voluntary, so you also have the choice to opt out.

Inventory Planning Manager

Job Title: Inventory Planning Manager
Location: North London/Hybrid
Salary: circa £50,000 p/a

About the role

As an Inventory Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing data-driven inventory strategies to ensure the right products are available at the right time while maintaining efficient stock investment. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to manage replenishment, purchasing and inventory performance across the business.

This is a commercially focused role that offers the opportunity to influence decision-making through data analysis while supporting the continued growth of a successful luxury retail brand.

Working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Main responsibilities and Duties:

  • Take ownership of inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment across the full product portfolio, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, coordinate inbound shipments and build strong relationships with manufacturing partners, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
  • Analyse historical sales trends, demand patterns, promotional activity and seasonal forecasts to develop accurate inventory plans and identify potential supply risks.
  • Monitor inventory performance, investigate stock discrepancies, manage stock counts and recommend actions to improve stock turnover while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Maintain accurate product data, implementing consistent product coding and naming conventions across multiple business systems.
  • Produce regular management reports and dashboards covering stock availability, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, purchase order metrics and working capital, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across inventory planning processes and systems.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least five years' experience in inventory planning, demand planning, supply planning or stock management, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret inventory and sales data. You will be highly organised, commercially aware, and experienced using Inventory Planning, ERP or MRP systems, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience within retail, wholesale, distribution or eCommerce, managing long supplier lead times, would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Power BI, importing from Asia or CIPS qualifications. You will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Customer Service Agent - Apprentice

Job summary

To provide friendly, timely and accurate
customer service across phone, email and social media and live chat, taking
ownership of enquiries through to resolution and delivering a level of service that reflects Panda London’s premium products and brand values

Key Responsibilities & duties:

  • Recording customer interactions accurately in our systems and taking ownership of enquiries through to resolution within the agreed service level agreement
  • Keeping customers updated and escalating complaints or more complex cases appropriately.
  • Liaising with the warehouse, delivery partners and retail/marketplace partners to resolve issues.
  • Following the relevant refund, returns, warranty, data-protection and confidentiality procedures.
  • Identifying recurring customer feedback and sharing it with the wider team to help improve products and processes.

(Type of queries include incorrect or
damaged items, replacements under warranty, refunds, general information about the product and services etc)
