Mit dem Kauf von Produkten von Panda Life Ltd stimmen Sie den unten aufgeführten Geschäftsbedingungen zu. Bitte lesen Sie diese sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie eine Bestellung aufgeben. Diese Geschäftsbedingungen beeinträchtigen Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte als Verbraucher nicht.

EINSCHRÄNKUNGEN

Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein und über eine gültige Kredit- oder Debitkarte verfügen, um Produkte von Panda Life Ltd zu kaufen.

Panda Life Ltd. behält sich das Recht vor, Transaktionen nach eigenem Ermessen zu stornieren, wenn Grund zu der Annahme besteht, dass der Käufer minderjährig ist oder für einen Minderjährigen kauft.

RÜCKGABEBEDINGUNGEN ( 30-Nächte-Test )

Gültige Elemente:

Panda Kissensortiment, Matratzenauflagen, Babymatratzen, Bettwäsche und Matratzenschoner aus 100 % Bambus sowie alle anderen Artikel sind nicht gültig. Sie müssen die Artikel nach Erhalt prüfen und Panda Life Ltd. innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Lieferung benachrichtigen, wenn Sie mit dem Produkt unzufrieden sind. Nach Ablauf der 30 tägigen Frist gelten die Artikel als von Ihnen akzeptiert.

Alle unerwünschten Artikel müssen kostenlos per Einschreiben zurückgesandt werden (Gebühren können anfallen, wenn Sie nicht bei pandalondon.com gekauft haben). Der Artikel muss ausreichend gegen Verlust und/oder Transportschäden versichert sein. Wir sind nicht für während des Transports verloren gegangene Pakete verantwortlich und können in solchen Fällen keine Rückerstattung leisten.

Sie sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, die Artikel mit angemessener Sorgfalt zu behandeln. Sie erhalten innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach der Stornierung eine vollständige Rückerstattung des für den Artikel gezahlten Betrags (außer Portokosten, z. B. Lieferung am nächsten Tag von Panda Life an Ihre Adresse). Wenn Sie den Artikel nach einer Stornierung nicht zurücksenden, ist Panda Life Ltd berechtigt, die Kosten für die Rücknahme des Artikels von Ihnen abzuziehen.

Sie sind für die Kosten der Behebung aller von Ihnen verursachten Schäden haftbar.

Bei der Rücksendung müssen Name, Adresse und Kaufdatum angegeben sein. Alternativ ist die Rechnungs-/Bestellnummer anzugeben.

Rückerstattungen können nicht angeboten werden, wenn die Artikel „Bambusbettwäsche“ und „Panda Bambus Augenmaske“ bereits verwendet wurden. Um die Rückgabe eines Artikels zu organisieren, wenden Sie sich bitte an info@pandalondon.com

VERFÜGBARKEIT

Bestellungen unterliegen der Lagerverfügbarkeit. Wenn Ihre Wahl nicht verfügbar ist, wird Panda Life Ltd. Sie kontaktieren, um Ihnen eines der folgenden Angebote anzubieten:

  1. Ein alternativer Artikel – wenn der Artikel weniger wert ist, wird eine Rückerstattung in Höhe dieses Betrags veranlasst. Wenn der Artikel mehr wert ist, ist eine zusätzliche Zahlung erforderlich, bevor der Artikel versandt werden kann.
  2. Eine Rückerstattung des Wertes des bestellten Artikels.

Wenn wir keinen Kontakt mit Ihnen herstellen können, behält sich Panda Life Ltd. das Recht vor, ohne zusätzliche Kosten eine geeignete Alternative bereitzustellen.

DATENSCHUTZERKLÄRUNG

Panda Life Ltd. gibt ohne Ihre Zustimmung keine Kundendaten an Dritte weiter. Die von Panda Life Ltd. erfassten Daten werden zur Erfüllung Ihrer Bestellung und für interne Marketingkampagnen verwendet. Diese Informationen werden gemäß dem Data Protection Act 1998 rechtmäßig erfasst.

HAFTUNG

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet Panda Life Ltd. unter folgenden Umständen nicht für direkte, indirekte oder Folgeverluste oder -schäden, die aus den Dienstleistungen oder Produkten entstehen, die von dieser Site verkauft werden oder auf die auf dieser Site verwiesen wird:

  1. Verluste, die bei Vertragsabschluss für beide Parteien nicht vorhersehbar waren.
  2. Verluste, die nicht durch eine Verletzung von Panda Life Ltd oder deren Lieferanten verursacht wurden.

ZAHLUNG

Sofern kein Kreditkonto eingerichtet und genehmigt wurde, sind alle Zahlungen vor dem Versand der Artikel fällig. Bei Kreditkonten ist die Zahlung 14 Tage nach Rechnungsdatum fällig. Panda Life Ltd. behält sich das Recht vor, Lieferungen bei Zahlungsverzug zurückzuhalten und auszusetzen.

Wir speichern keine Kreditkartendaten und geben keine Kundendaten an Dritte weiter.

PREISE

Die auf der Website angegebenen Preise verstehen sich in Pfund Sterling und inklusive Mehrwertsteuer. Preisänderungen sind ohne vorherige Ankündigung vorbehalten und erfolgen nur vor Vertragsabschluss. Liefer- und Kreditkartengebühren sowie eventuell anfallende Einfuhrzölle kommen hinzu.
