Dig It Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This giveaway is promoted by Panda London (“the Promoter”) in collaboration with Dig It.
2. Eligibility
   The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Panda London and Dig It, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. How to enter
   To enter the giveaway, entrants must, during the Giveaway Period:

• Follow @PANDALONDON on Instagram;
• Follow @DIGITPOD on Instagram;
• Like the designated giveaway post; and
• Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

1. Giveaway Period
   The giveaway opens at 10.00am on Friday 21st August 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on Friday 4th September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
2. Entries
   Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms of use. Multiple entries are permitted where a different friend is tagged in each separate comment. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
3. The Prize
   One winner will receive the Panda Ultimate Mattress Bundle, containing 1x Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Pro, Bamboo Mattress Protector, up to 2x Hybrid Bamboo Pillows, 10.5 TOG Cloud Bamboo Duvet, 100% Bamboo Bedding and up to two Bamboo Eye Masks. The prize includes one pillow + eye mask with single mattress bundles, or two pillows + eye masks with all other sizes. The winner can choose the size of the mattress, and their bedding colour – duvet, protector and bedding sizes will correspond with the chosen mattress size.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

1. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
2. Winner Notification
   The winner will be contacted via direct message from Panda’s official Instagram account, @PANDALONDON, within 7 days of the giveaway closing.

The winner will never be asked to provide payment or bank details in order to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or is unable to provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

1. Publicity
   The winner may be asked to provide their Instagram username and/or name for the purposes of announcing the winner. Any publicity beyond what is reasonably necessary to administer and announce the giveaway will be subject to the winner’s consent.
2. Personal Data
   Any personal information supplied in connection with this giveaway will be used only for the administration and fulfilment of the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
3. Instagram Disclaimer
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility or liability in connection with the giveaway.
4. General
   The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes are fraudulent, automated, abusive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway, provided that it acts fairly towards entrants.
