Panda e-Gift Card

These Terms and Conditions apply to Panda London e-Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") purchased through www.pandalondon.com. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purchasing a Panda e-Gift Card

Panda e-Gift Cards are available in the following denominations: £20, £50, £100, £200, £500, and £1000. To purchase an e-Gift Card, select your desired value, add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout. The Gift Card will be delivered electronically via email to the purchaser at the time of purchase.

2. Redeeming a Panda e-Gift Card

If you have received a Panda e-Gift Card, congratulations! You can use your Gift Card to purchase any item on www.pandalondon.com. To redeem, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your basket, and apply your unique Gift Card code at checkout.

3. Where Can My Panda e-Gift Card Be Used?

Panda e-Gift Cards are valid for purchases made online at www.pandalondon.com or over the phone with our customer service team.

4. Validity Period and Expiry

Panda e-Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase or the date of the last transaction. If the Gift Card is not used within 24 months from the last transaction, the remaining balance will be deducted, and the Gift Card will expire. "Last transaction" refers to any instance where the Gift Card has been activated, redeemed, or used for a purchase.

5. Balance and Usage

• There are no limitations on how many times a Panda e-Gift Card can be used until the balance reaches £0.00.
• If your purchase total exceeds the available balance on your e-Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
• If your purchase total is less than the balance on your e-Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain available for future use.
• You can check your e-Gift Card balance by contacting our customer service team at info@pandalondon.com.

6. Delivery of Panda e-Gift Cards

e-Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email to the purchaser at the time of purchase.

7. Exclusions and Restrictions

• Panda e-Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
• e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another e-Gift Card.
• Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be applied when purchasing an e-Gift Card.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

• All e-Gift Card sales are final.
• Panda e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If you purchase an item using an e-Gift Card and later return it, the refund will be issued back to your e-Gift Card balance.

9. 14-Day Right to Cancel Online Purchases

As per consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel an online e-Gift Card purchase within 14 days from the day after they, or a person selected by them, receive the Gift Card. This right to cancel applies only if the Gift Card has not been redeemed.

If a customer wishes to cancel their Gift Card purchase:

• They must notify Panda London within the 14-day cancellation period by contacting our customer service team at info@pandalondon.com.
• In the case of digital Gift Cards, Panda London will deactivate the Gift Card upon receiving the cancellation request.

Once the cancellation request is confirmed and the e-Gift Card is deactivated, Panda London will issue a full refund within 14 days.

10. Lost or Stolen e-Gift Cards

Please treat your Panda e-Gift Card code as cash. Panda London is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused e-Gift Card codes.
If your e-Gift Card code has been compromised, please contact our customer service team at info@pandalondon.com immediately.

11. Expiry Policy

Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of last use. After this period, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the e-Gift Card will expire.

12. General Terms

Panda e-Gift Cards are issued by Panda Life Ltd, a company registered in London, UK, with its registered office at 26 Irving Way, London NW9 6AQ.
Panda London reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
