Yes, it’s true, we aren’t saying it to sound good, we do offer a full 10-Year guarantee period! If there is a problem with your product during the warranty period, we'll exchange it for a brand-new one. If your product has been discontinued, we will provide you with the updated version of the said product so you will never be without the comfort of Panda. During this period, you may be required to send your item back to us for a quality test to ensure that any errors are corrected quickly and efficiently.

The warranty covers any physical flaw in the product despite normal usage and proper handling.

The Bamboo textiles are made using Moso, Dragon and Ci Bamboo – which is not the type of Bamboo that Pandas eat.

The Moso, Dragon and Ci Bamboo kinds are grown organically without using any pesticides or fertilizers, as the plants' natural antifungal, antibacterial agent Bamboo Kin means they are not attacked by pests or pathogens.

Bamboo is a very fast growing grass and relies purely on rainfall. It absorbs more CO2 and produces 35% more oxygen than the same area of trees.

Yes, and we highly recommend that you do!

All of our outer boxes and 70% of the paper we use in our office is made from kraft paper. Kraft paper is a 100% biodegradable natural product. The pulp is made from long virgin fibres of maritime pine and is not bleached, to ensure minimum chemical processing and to retain the wood's natural colour.

Kraft paper biodegrades entirely naturally. Just like the leaves from the trees, kraft paper decomposes naturally within a few weeks, returning to its initial form of cellulose fibres, which can be fully assimilated back into its original natural environment, with no adverse impact on nature or human health!

Each Item has been tested for any nasties in the fabrics in accordance to OEKO-TEXⓇ Standard 100. The filling materials in the pillows have been tested and found to comply with Ignition Source 2 as specified in Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Fire Safety Regulation 1988.

Our products are made from certified organic bamboo that is grown and produced without any harmful chemicals, artificial additives, growth hormones and GMOs. They all passed the OEKO-TEXⓇ Standard 100, which is an international testing and certification system for textiles, focusing primarily on limiting the use of harmful chemicals in the textile industry. The certification body tests for over 100 harmful substances in the manufacture of textiles and makes sure none is left in the fabric at the end of the manufacturing process.

Using the Kids Pillow could be a solution if you are finding the Panda Pillow to be too high.

The Topper is made up of 3rd generation memory foam, which conforms to your body's natural shape. This helps to keep you comfortable and supported, which results in less movement for your partner to feel during the night.

We try our best to be as transparent as possible regarding our production and supply chain choices.

In order to have a lower ecological footprint, we decided to use biodegradable PET plastic (which is recyclable) to wrap our Memory Foam Mattress Topper. We found that the pros of using this material far outweighed the cons. Without the plastic, the box would break within 5-10 minutes as memory foam is extremely strong. This means that the boxes would have to be much larger.

The size of the product affects every single stage of the supply chain. We found that shrinking the topper allowed us to save space on storage, imports (both air & sea) and deliveries sent to our customers. Having smaller boxes allows us to fit more items into one shipment, minimising the harmful ecological footprint that these methods of transport have and helping to decrease our ecological footprint.

We are always conscious about the decisions that we make and try our utmost to be as responsible as possible.

The topper is pressed and rolled in a vacuum pack and it comes in a protective Kraft paper packaging. The Kraft paper box is in the exact size of the roll and takes up no extra space.

We advise that you give the mattress topper 12-16 hours to allow the memory foam to fully expand. Brand new memory foam has a unique smell – do not be alarmed, as the odour is completely normal and harmless. It will disappear within two to three days.

Storing the Panda Mattress Topper is possible, but compressing the item back to its packaged size would be very difficult. We would recommend folding the topper in half and then again into a quarter to make it easier to transport and store.

The Panda Mattress Topper is manufactured following UK fire safety regulations. This means it’s completely safe to use with an electric blanket. Keep in mind, however, that memory foam is heat sensitive, so you might find that your topper is softer than usual when used with an electric blanket.

It can take anything from a few nights to a couple of weeks for your body to fully adjust to your new mattress. We recommend using your mattress for the full length of your free home trial before opting to return.

Your mattress will be delivered to a room of your choice and simply needs to be unpackaged and left to breathe for a few hours before dressing with your favorite fresh bedding.

The Panda logo should be located on the front top left of your mattress.

You can dive into sleeping on your mattress from the very first night. However, please note that it does take 12-18 hours to fully expand for maximum comfort.

We would recommend a breathable fitted sheet.
