Many happy returns. 

We want you to be 100% happy with your Panda product, but we understand there are occasions when you’ll need to send it back to us. Mistakes can happen, but worry not – we have a hassle-free returns process.

Our 30-Night Trial applies to our Bamboo Mattress Topper, Cloud Duvet, Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow, Hybrid Bamboo Pillow, Panda Kids™ Pillows and all of our Bamboo Bedding and Linen ranges. We believe you’ll be bedazzled by the comfort and breathability of bamboo, but if during the first 30 nights you think it’s not working for you then simply follow our returns process outlined below.

To activate your return, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Fill out our Returns and Replacements form within your trial period.
  2. Depending on your specific issue and request, you will then be provided with a returns label and/or offered a replacement. Once a returns label has been provided, you have ten days to have the item dropped off with one of our courier partners.
  3. Please note if you do not return your item(s) within this time period, your request will be void. 
  4. Once we have received the item(s), your refund or replacement will be issued.

If you are used to a soft mattress, our Hybrid Bamboo Mattress and Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Pro can take time to bed in. We suggest you sleep on it – you have 100 days before you need to decide if it’s right for you. It’s free to return during this period, eligible for customers who live in the UK.

To activate your return, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Fill out our Returns and Replacements form within your trial period.
  2. A collection from your home will then be confirmed and/or a replacement offered depending on your specific issue and request.
  3. Our courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable collection day.
  4. Once we have received the item, your refund or replacement will be issued.

Please note that our pillow, mattress and topper covers, eye masks, bath products and Panda Kids muslins are not accepted for return except in exceptional circumstances, unopened with all the tags in place.

This is to uphold strict hygiene standards.
