Delivery

Delivery for UK standard orders – Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm- is free when ordering a Memory Foam Pillow, Mattress Topper, Bedding Set or spending over £30 and will arrive within 5 working days of placing your order.

For orders outside of the UK, prices may vary depending on what item(s) are being ordered.

*All prices are provided by our courier partners DPD, Evri, DHL Express, ArrowXL and Panther.

Before your delivery arrives, you will receive both an email and an SMS text message to confirm that your order has been collected by the courier. This initial message will confirm your tracking number and expected delivery date. On the day of delivery you will receive a two-hour delivery slot from the courier. If you're not going to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel(s), you can request that the courier either delivers to a neighbour, leaves the item in a safe place or deliver to a local drop shop.
