Hybrid Working

Our hybrid working policy model offers our employees flexibility and involves spending two collaborative working days in our Hendon office, and three days working from home.

We advocate healthy eating in our office, with free fruit, healthy drinks and snacks for all our staff.

After three months of service you’ll be set up with our Vitality healthcare plan which includes cover for eyecare, dental and a discount on gym memberships. There’s even weekly perks on cinema tickets, your morning coffee, and lunch.

Bored of the commute? Get on your bike! We’ve partnered with Halfords to bring you a bespoke Cycle to Work scheme. Under our initiative you can purchase a bike and accessories through salary deductions over a 12 month period.

Financial Contributions

You’ll be auto-enrolled in our company pension scheme, NEST. We’ll contribute 3% of your salary, and you contribute 5%, but you have the option to add in more than 5% if you prefer. Our pension scheme is completely voluntary, so you also have the choice to opt out.
