What is the 4-Week Sleep Improvement Challenge?
We worked with our partners, The Sleep Charity, to put together a four-week challenge designed to help you build better habits when it comes to bedtime. Habit formation is incredibly important for regulating your circadian rhythm – your 24-hour internal body clock. “Neuroscience reinforces that the brain thrives on consistency,” says Panda sleep expert and consultant counselling psychologist Dr Ritz. “Sticking to a regular bedtime, having a predictable wind-down routine, and reducing blue light exposure before sleep all strengthen the body’s natural sleep-wake cycle.”
Our challenge is broken down into four separate weeks, allowing you to start slowly with implementing one new sleep hygiene improvement, followed by a second the week after, and so on across the space of four weeks.
You can track your progress and your overall sleep using the checkboxes – the PDF version is interactive, or you can print your sleep improvement challenge and keep it by your bed if you prefer a physical version. There’s space to make notes, so you can really get to know your sleeping habits and what works for you.
Who are The Sleep Charity?
Our partners at The Sleep Charity do incredible work, campaigning to improve sleep support while raising awareness of the value of a good night’s rest. They recognise that sleep is such an important part of our overall health and wellbeing, and believe that everyone with sleep issues deserves access to effective, consistent, evidence-based support.
Founded in 2012, The Sleep Charity have spent the past 14 years working tirelessly to offer this support to the nation. From their National Sleep Helpline to e-books, manifestos, podcasts, training courses and so much more, the charity have a wealth of resources available to help people struggling with sleep.

If you work shifts, you’re probably no stranger to disrupted sleep. This challenge is perfect to help you make improvements to your bedtime routine – no matter what time of night or day that happens for you.
4. When should I start?
Our 4-Week Sleep Improvement Challenge launches on March 1st 2026, in line with Sleep Awareness Month. However, you can start your challenge at any point and continue it over the next four weeks. The challenge is designed to fit in with YOU.
