Panda Italian Getaway Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except employees of Panda and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

Prize Details:

Return economy flights from London to Bologna, Italy, for two adults and two children under 16.
Four days of car hire at Bologna airport, including GPS.
Luxury 4-star hotel accommodation in Bologna, with a quadruple occupancy room and breakfast.
Bespoke Kung Fu Masterclass (1.5 hours) with a professional instructor.
High Ropes Adventure Course (3 hours), including admission, equipment, and guides.
Bamboo Maze Experience with dinner at the on-site restaurant (up to EUR 300, incl. gratuity).
Travel Insurance included.

Conditions:

Flights from London only may be indirect and subject to availability.
The winner is responsible for travel to/from London airport.
Prize for two adults and two children under 16 travelling together on the same itinerary.
At least one traveller must be over 18. Under 18s need parental/guardian permission.
Accommodation is based on quadruple occupancy; a valid credit/debit card is required at check-in.
Stay must include a Saturday night.
Excludes domestic transfers, meals (except specified), excursions, visas, and personal expenses.
All prize elements are subject to availability; alternatives of similar value may be offered.
Winners must provide three travel date options in different months, six weeks before departure.
Prize cannot be amended or cancelled once booked; non-refundable, non-transferable, no cash alternative.
Travellers need a passport valid for at least six months on the travel date.
Basic travel insurance is provided; winners are responsible for additional coverage if required.
Prizes cannot be taken during Christmas, New Year, Easter, or UK Bank Holidays.
Valid for 12 months from winning notification; travel must be completed within this time.
Kung Fu masterclass and high ropes adventure subject to participant suitability.
Dinner at a restaurant capped at EUR 300, including gratuity.

Entry and Selection:

Entry via specified marketing channels; winner contacted by email.
Winner selection by Panda at its discretion from all entries received.
Winners must respond within a set period to claim the prize; otherwise, a new winner may be selected.

General:

By entering, participants agree to these T&Cs.
Panda reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms without notice.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
