For orders outside of the UK, prices may vary depending on what item(s) are being ordered.
Before your delivery arrives, you will receive both an email and an SMS text message to confirm that your order has been collected by the courier. This initial message will confirm your tracking code and expected delivery date. Using the tracking number you can track the progress of your order at any time. On the day of delivery you will receive a one-hour delivery slot from the courier, please ensure that you will be home for this time. If you’re not going to be home, you can request that the courier either delivers to a neighbour, leaves the item in a safe place or deliver to a local drop shop (usually corner shops etc).

In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19), we have taken several actions to protect our customers & colleagues.
- – All office staff have been permitted to work from home
- – Warehouse staff have been provided with protective equipment
- – If a member of the warehouse feels unwell they will be asked to work from home
All of our services will continue to run as normal and delivery times have not been affected as of yet. You will not be asked to sign for your parcel, the courier will take photographic evidence as proof of delivery.
