Panda Life Ltd Terms & Conditions
By purchasing Panda Life Ltd products, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
You must be 18 or over and hold a valid credit or debit card to purchase Panda Life Ltd products.
Panda Life Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any transactions based on its sole discretion if there is cause to believe that the buyer is a minor or purchasing for a minor.
RETURNS POLICY (30-Night Trial)
Panda Pillow Range, Mattress Toppers, Baby Mattresses, 100% Bamboo Bedding & Mattress Protectors, all other items, are not valid. You must check the items upon receipt and notify Panda Life Ltd. within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with the product. Once the 30-day period has passed, you will be deemed to have accepted the items.
Any unwanted items must be returned using Recorded Delivery free of charge (charges may apply if you did not purchase from pandalondon.com). The item must be adequately insured against loss and/or damage in transit. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit and may not issue a refund in such circumstances.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. You will receive a full refund for the money paid for the item (except for postal charges, eg. next-day delivery from Panda Life to your address) within 30 days of cancellation. If you fail to return the item following a cancellation, Panda Life Ltd is entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the item from you.
You will be liable for the cost of fixing any damage caused by you.
Returned items must include your name, address, and when it was originally purchased. Alternatively, the invoice/order number must be provided.
Refunds cannot be offered if the items “Bamboo Bedding” & “Panda Bamboo Eye Mask” has been used. To organise the return of an item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are subject to stock availability. If your choice is not available, Panda Life Ltd. will contact you to offer either one of the following:
- An alternative item – if the item is less in value, then a refund covering this will be arranged. If the item is more in value, then additional payment will be required before the item can be dispatched.
- A refund to the value of the ordered item.
If we cannot make contact with you, Panda Life Ltd. reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative at no extra cost.
Panda Life Ltd. will not pass on any customer details to a third party without your permission. The data Panda Life Ltd. collects is used to fulfill your order and for in-house marketing campaigns. This information is lawfully collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
To the extent allowed by the law, Panda Life Ltd. will not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in these circumstances:
- Losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
- Losses that were not caused by any breach of Panda Life Ltd or their suppliers.
Unless a credit account has been set up and approved, all payments are due before the items are dispatched. In cases of credit accounts, payment is due 14 days from the date of invoicing. Panda Life Ltd. reserves the right to withhold and suspend deliveries when a payment is overdue.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
The prices quoted on the website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notification and will only be made prior to contract. Delivery and credit card charges and any import duty incurred are additional.
The images and descriptions on the website are a guide to the products Panda Life Ltd. supply. Panda Life Ltd. tries to make these as accurate as possible but can not be held responsible for minor differences and inconsistencies.
This contract shall be construed and governed by English Law, and all disputes arising under or relating to the product shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts of England to which Panda Life Ltd. and the customer hereby submit.
