When a product is coming soon or is currently out of stock, you will have the option to place a pre-order on the product page. The process is the same as any other purchase, but your product will only be dispatched when we have stock available. There are no harmful chemicals used in any of our products. We have the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 which means our products have passed the global benchmark of safe textiles.

Due to our extensive use of sustainable bamboo, many of our products are made in China, with some being made in India, and our mattresses are made in the UK.

We offer a trial period on most of our products. This is 30 nights for all of our bedding, our duvet range, all of our pillows and our award-winning topper; the trial is extended to 100 nights for our mattress range.

Panda products come with an extensive guarantee. Our mattresses, topper and pillows all come with a 10-Year Guarantee; our duvets come with a 5-Year Guarantee, our mattresses protectors come with a 2-Year Guarantee and all other bedding comes with a 1-Year Guarantee.

If you purchase directly through pandalondon.com you are already registered for the guarantee for your product(s); if you have purchased through another retailer, sign up for the guarantee HERE.

Our mattresses come with a 100-Night trial, and we offer a 30-Night Trial for our topper, pillows, duvets and bedding – within which time, if you decide to return your product(s), you need to complete our online returns form. Once the item/s have been received and inspected, we will issue you with a refund or replacement. In line with our hygiene policy, our other products can only be returned unused and in their original packaging, within 30 days.

If you would like to return your Panda product, simply complete our online return form. If you have any issues with completing the form or there’s a fault with your product, contact our customer service team.

Once your return has been received back to us, it can take up to seven days for us to process your refund. If you’ve still not received it after this time frame, please contact us.

Both our Hybrid Bamboo Mattress and Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Pro are medium-firm, with our original Hybrid rated as 6.5 on the mattress firmness scale, and our Pro rated as a 7. This offers a balance of comfort and support to keep you sleeping soundly.

Panda mattresses are compatible with all bed bases including divans, slatted bases, bunk beds and more.

Panda mattresses are available in all UK sizes from single through to super king, with the addition of EU sizes from single through to emperor.

Panda mattresses are delivered using a white glove, two man delivery service with room of choice delivery for additional convenience.

The new mattress smell fades after 24-72 hours. A well-ventilated room helps it to dissipate quicker – kept in a closed or cold room, it may linger for a week. This process is also known as ‘off-gassing’, and it’s completely harmless.

Yes, we collect your old mattress free of charge as part of our service. Simply select the option at checkout and, once collected, we’ll responsibly recycle or repurpose your end of life mattress.

You can sleep on it immediately, but we would advise for you to wait six hours to allow for it to fully expand.

Our bamboo mattress covers are removable, and our Pro mattress comes with a zip on the side to easily remove its top cover. Hand wash, or machine wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry. The mattress foam should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, use a household steamer, or sprinkle with baking soda before vacuuming off to deodorise your mattress.

No, you don’t need to flip a Panda mattress; you can, however, rotate your mattress every six months for additional comfort and durability.

A mattress topper is an additional layer which can transform a tired, uncomfortable mattress – making it a more affordable alternative to buying a new mattress.

One major difference is in the depth; our Bamboo Mattress Topper is 5cm, while our Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Topper is 7.5cm deep. The original Topper contains HydroFoam™, while our Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Topper includes BioCell Foam™ and a micro-spring layer as well as a 3D mesh frame.

Our Memory Foam Bamboo Mattress Topper and our Hybrid Bamboo Mattress Topper are compatible with most standard mattress depths. We offer a 30-Night Trial – so if you’re not happy with the fit, you can return it for free within this time.

Simply remove the packaging, unroll and place on top of your mattress before securing with the corner straps.

No, thanks to an anti-slip layer and four corner straps on each of our toppers, they will stay in place throughout the night.

Yes, both Panda mattress toppers are perfect for use on their own in tents, or as part of a bed set-up in caravans and campervans.

Our Memory Foam Mattress Topper has a removable cover which can be machine washed (up to 40 degrees) and hung out to dry. The HydroFoam™ inside should be wiped clean only.

We have our original Bamboo Memory Foam Pillow, as well as our Hybrid Bamboo Pillow – made with bamboo charcoal-infused memory foam. In our Panda Kids™ range we have a Kids Memory Foam Pillow, a Toddler Bamboo Pillow and a Baby Memory Foam Pillow, all made with breathable bamboo.

A hybrid pillow refers to there being a combination of fillings. Most hybrids feature memory foam to relieve pressure points, mixed with a soft cushion-like microfibre or down-like fill for additional comfort.

Panda pillows come with removable bamboo covers, making them soft and comfortable to sleep on without a pillow case, but we would recommend pairing with a bamboo pillow to maintain the durability of your pillow.

Panda pillows are orthopaedically approved and suitable for front, back and side sleepers.

We offer specific child-friendly pillows in our Panda Kids™ range, with three sizes available for babies, toddlers and children.

The bamboo covers are removable and washable; never soak memory foam, instead wipe with a damp cloth and leave to dry thoroughly before putting the cover back on.

Our bedding collections are available in UK Single, Double, King and Super King.

Our bamboo bedding has a thread count of 320, which surpasses that of the highest cotton thread count.

The difference between our three bedding collections is fabric composition. 100% Bamboo Bedding is 100% rayon made from organic bamboo, Bamboo & French Linen is 93% rayon and 7% French linen, and Signature+™ is 100% lyocell made from organic bamboo.

The finish is also slightly different, with our 100% Bamboo and Signature+™ ranges having a beautiful sheen to them, while our Bamboo and French Linen range has a chic matte finish.

All of our pillow cases come as a pair.

Our bedding sets all contain a duvet cover, fitted sheet and up to two pillow cases.

Our duvet covers come slightly larger than the size of your duvet because typically, bamboo fabric is prone to shrinkage within the first few washes; by giving you a little extra, this means that in the long term your duvet cover will be the perfect fit. You should also be sure to check that you have ordered the correct size for your duvet.

All of our duvet covers have inner corner ties, designed to attach to our Cloud Bamboo Duvet to prevent ‘duvet drift’ – so the duvet spreads evenly throughout the cover and doesn’t bunch up during the night causing cold spots.

We advise you to wash your bamboo bedding at 30 degrees with eco-friendly detergent, without using bleach. Dry outside if you can for even fresher bedding!

Bamboo is a hypoallergenic fabric meaning it’s gentle against even the most sensitive skin and won’t cause irritation. It also feels super soft, and it’s thermoregulating to keep little ones cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The Baby Pillow loft height is 3cm, the Toddler Pillow is 6cm and the Kids Pillow is 10cm. These are the ideal loft heights for children of those age groups.

Yes! Bamboo towels are ultra-absorbent. Our towels are combined with cotton, made using a zero-twist process which makes them fluffy and durable.

Easy to care for, our bamboo towels and rugs can be washed in the machine at 30 degrees. You can line-dry for ultimate freshness, or tumble dry if this suits you better.

If you follow our care instructions and use a mild detergent, our bath products will retain their colour; they also get softer after every wash!
